In every country, among 100% of the population there are up to 1-2% of entrepreneurs - those special people who are admired for their innovation or envied for their success. Wealth and Poverty, and the "middle class" in between. Why don't the other 98% follow the path of success, because everyone strives to be successful and happy. Why only up to 1-2%? Difficult? Labor-intensive? Emotionally taxing?
We looked at this issue in our first business lesson at school. And the children discovered that everyone was once equal on a primitive level, but even there some people began to differ from others in what and how differently they did in life. The formula would seem to be simple: "observe and learn more, think and make decisions, take risks and act," and then the first generation of entrepreneurs is created. It's easier to maintain this level than to start from scratch every time. But in practice things are different.
There are Two main problems:
- Some of the generations created the Family Business Dynasty level, someone did not want to maintain the level of income and therefore withdrew or destroyed what was created. Therefore, raising the 2nd and subsequent generations of entrepreneurs is the most important investment for every current entrepreneur. While parents are doing business, children are learning from whom? What are they doing? Only sports and gadgets? What about the brain and intelligence?
- According to UN statistics, more than 40% of the world's population lives below the poverty line. Why give them "fish" if it is important to give them fishing rods and teach them how to "catch fish." This is about the content of modern general school education and its result - poverty in the world. People cannot and do not want to become the masters of their destiny - entrepreneurs, because they do not know how to invest in themselves and are afraid of "losing."
