Dinara was born into a family where her arrival became a symbol of hope and strength. Her father, a police investigator, taught her clarity of thought and responsibility, while her mother, a manager of a large store in Turkestan, instilled in her honesty, diligence, and dedication. These values became the foundation of her life path and leadership.
From Public Service to Entrepreneurial Initiative
With a degree from a pedagogical university, Dinara began her career in public service — a seemingly lucky coincidence thanks to her organizational skills. However, a single question, “How proud are your parents of you?”, became the spark that pushed her to change her life and focus on creating her own projects aimed at development and helping others.
OBBO – Launching a Digital Marketplace and Consulting Initiatives
In 2020, thanks to a grant from the European Association for Business Development, Dinara launched OBBO — an online marketplace focused on delivery in Tajikistan. Facing initial challenges, she rebuilt the strategy, formed a strong team, relaunched the business, and introduced loyalty programs, installment payment systems, partnerships with banks, and a “social subscription” platform for women entrepreneurs.
Digital Consulting and Promoting Women Leaders
As CEO of the Kazakh branch of Armar Solutions, Dinara works on automation, digital marketing, and educational platforms, including those for the International Center for Personal Development “SAMO.” At the same time, she leads the Kazakhstan branch of the International Club of Successful Women, actively engaging in mentorship, webinars, and forums. Her approach is not “I did it” but “I inspired you to do it.”
