WINNERS 2025: Startup World Cup Championship

WINNERS 2025: Startup World Cup Championship, 7–15 July 2025, Maldives

In July 2025, the picturesque Maldives transformed into a global hub of innovation, hosting the 25th anniversary Startup World Cup Championship for children and youth. Against the backdrop of turquoise waters and white sands, young entrepreneurs from 35 countries came together not just to compete, but to co-create the future.

Over several intense and inspiring days, teams presented business and social startups that reflected the true mindset of a new generation: bold, responsible, and deeply aware of global challenges. The Championship became a celebration of ideas, innovation and leadership, proving once again that age is no barrier to impact.

An international jury of business leaders and experts noted the remarkable maturity of thinking among the participants. Young founders demonstrated not only creativity but also the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions, defend their ideas, and think strategically about scalability and sustainability. Their projects ranged from commercial ventures to social enterprises tackling issues such as inclusion, environmental protection, technology for good, and community support.
