From Talent to Entrepreneurship: Kristina Dermenzhi’s Journey with MINIBOSS
Kristina Dermenzhi has completed an inspiring educational journey with MINIBOSS Business School and has been awarded the MBBS International Diploma, United Kingdom.
Kristina joined the MINIBOSS ecosystem at the age of 6 and talented student, gradually developing her creativity, confidence, entrepreneurial thinking and ability to turn ideas into real projects. Alongside the core MINIBOSS Business School programme, she expanded her talents through creative education at Leonardo Art School, studied at the 100% Film School, and took additional ESS courses designed to strengthen business, communication and leadership skills.
Step by step, learning became practice — and talent became entrepreneurship.
Today, Kristina is already a young entrepreneur and founder of her own design studio, applying her creativity, knowledge and business skills in the real market.

Her educational journey continues at the next level: Kristina is now studying at BIGBOSS Business School, developing more advanced entrepreneurial, leadership and management competencies.
Her story demonstrates one of the central principles of MINIBOSS education: Knowledge → Talent → Skills → Project → Business → Success.
