Today, in honour of International Boss Day, we are publishing an interview with Jamila Kerimova for all readers and those interested in franchises.
Jamilya Kerimova has answered questions:
1. What exactly attracted you to the idea of the MiniBoss franchise in which you became a partner?
- We do not have a business education school for children and teenagers in our country.
2. Your motivation: Did you make this investment in the franchise for what purpose (to earn more money, to bring innovation to your country/city, to educate your children, first of all, or something else – write, please)
- First of all, as parents, we thought about the development of our own children and then to society and, of course, to make money.
3. Why is a franchise more profitable and convenient for you (saves your time and investment in creating a product, saves your time and investment in creating a unique selling proposition and management model, provides ready-made solutions and protocols, training for staff, provides global networking, other – write, please)
- The business model is built according to the law of idealization, where there is a minimum of expenses and a maximum of income. A complete model according to standards, there is no need to invent anything new, everything has already been done and tested before us.

4. What is the greatest benefit you personally received through cooperation with the MINIBOSS franchise?
- Personally, I have upgraded my management and continue to gain valuable knowledge. I reconsidered my life positions, I look at the current event from a completely different perspective, I look at everything positively and this is only after collaborating for 3 years.
5. What is the greatest benefit you received for your clients through cooperation with the MINIBOSS franchise?
- We give the opportunity to transform and be ready for real life, create the right environment around children, develop them through the 8Q intelligences, broaden their horizons, change the thinking of both children and parents
6. Are your children studying at the MiniBoss Business School? If yes, please indicate their name, age and what personal developmental changes and achievements you note during this period.
- My child was 5 years old when he went to MiniBoss, I see what changes are happening in other children and I just waited until he turned 5. He began to understand what business and projects are. He calls himself a businessman. I used the first money I earned from the project to take my family to a restaurant. I think this is a great achievement and family value for a 5.5-year-old.
7. What have you personally learned from franchising? What new knowledge and skills have you acquired during this time?
- I improved my professional skills, learned to take even more risks and think strategically, I take everything as a tremendous experience, establish a business process and work in a team

8. What do you consider the biggest achievement of your branch so far?
- I think the biggest achievement is that after opening the Ashgabat branch, we decided to simultaneously launch in 4 more countries. Georgia, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan
9. What would you like to wish to other entrepreneurs looking for the best franchise?
- First of all, listen to yourself, and what your heart says, since your heart will always tell you the right path. And of course, if you like a project, take a risk, without risk, you won’t know whether it works or not
10. What other IBA franchises do you already use or want to use to increase the attractiveness of the offer for your customers?
- We immediately bought 4 schools for all our branches: MiniBoss, BigBoss, Royal British School and Leonardo. In the future, we are thinking about other franchises too, since there are no analogues in the world, such a cool school will no longer be found.
