All SWCC Jury Members must have their cameras turned on and be active throughout the day of the SWCC Certification Stage.

To evaluate a team, it is enough to select one of two positions: "Pass" or "Fail."

Submission of records is done at the end of each day of SWCC.

Requirements for SWCC Participants

Full Attendance with Video On
All participants of the Certification Stage of the Startup World Cup Championship (SWCC) must attend the entire event with their cameras turned on and microphones muted.
Strict Timing
Participants must be present from the official start time at 08:00 until the end of the championship session on the same day.
Project Presentation
- Each team is allowed a maximum of 3 minutes to present their project.
- All team members must be present during the Q&A session with the jury.
Mandatory Training Element
Participation in the Certification Stage is a compulsory component of the educational programme and is conducted online.
This stage is specifically for participants who are unable to attend the Main Stage of the Championship, which will be held this year in the Maldives on 8–9 July.
Certificates and Diplomas
- Participants who successfully complete the Certification Stage will receive a Certificate of Successful Completion of the current annual training course.
- Those who attend the Main Stage in person will also receive a Participant Diploma of the Startup World Cup Championship, and Winners will receive a Winner's Diploma.
